Bios
Mark Moore
Founder, President and CEO
With more than 25 years in hearing aid dispensing, practice management, private label brand management and marketing, Mark brings a wealth of experience and perspective to the product concept, development and market implementation of projects at McDonald Hearing Aid Center. He has personally fit more than 10,000 patients with hearing aids.
Mark is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in business management. He and his wife, Kim, live in Granite Bay, California.
Kim Moore
Founder, Chief Financial Officer
Kim has over 40 years of experience in the Hearing Aid Industry. She literally grew up in the industry helping her Father, Marvin Posey, develop and maintain his hearing aid business, Posey’s Hearing Aid Center, in Central Valley, California. Posey’s H.A.C has longstanding history of being a part of the community serving patients since 1955. Kim learned from her father and interaction with customers that hearing was something everyone should enjoy, but unfortunately, some faced endless difficulties because of hearing loss. Growing up within the hearing aid industry, she discovered that her calling was to give the gift of hearing. Kim became a Hearing Instrument Specialist, just as her father did.
Kim lives in Granite Bay, Calif. with her husband, Mark.
Joe Navarro
Vice President of Finance
Joe brings more than 25 years in finance and accounting to McDonald Hearing Aid Center. He has held senior positions with Arthur Andersen, CPA, West America Bank, US Computer Services, DST Output and Rapid Solutions Group where he was responsible for finance, accounting and Operations for the California division. Joe is responsible for accounting and finance.
Joe is a graduate of the University of San Francisco. He lives with his wife and son in Roseville, Calif.
Matthew Moore
Director of Marketing
For the last four years Matthew has directed marketing and advertising for McDonald Hearing Aid Center. Matthew specializes in developing print and demographically tailored mail campaigns. Matthew is also third generation in the hearing device industry, and has literally grown up around hearing aids.
Matthew is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a business management degree. He lives in Granite Bay, Calif.
